Personalized items, in promotion and / or on sale are not subject to returns as the user is advised to be careful and precise in the personalization phase of the item that characterizes the uniqueness of the product.
The customer must pay attention when completing the order that the personalization is placed in the cart.

NB When the order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email, which must be checked in its parts.
The customer must pay attention that in the email he will receive there is the personalization entered during the order phase, if not, or you realize that a mistake has been made in inserting the personalization, please contact customer service via whatsapp at 3385344044 or send an email to info@primiprezzo.it by specifying the order number and the correction to be implemented. The time between receipt of the order and commissioning is 1 hour, so please the customer in case he makes changes to do so in this time.

For all non-personalized items, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of the order, obtaining a refund of the entire price paid (with the exception of shipping costs and costs additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type, even if the shipment on the order has been free of charge, will be deducted)

The shipping costs for any returns are charged to the customer, even if the shipping costs have been paid, in the eventual return and subsequent refund of the money, the cost of the shipping costs incurred by us will be retained; the packages and products contained, if not properly treated in the packaging, will not be accepted, under penalty of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal.

HOW CAN I MAKE THE CHANGE?
Contact our customer service via whatsapp +393385344044 or email info@primiprezzo.it indicating the order number and change to be made, our customer service will send the courier to collect the product at your home properly packaged and will ship the new product (the total cost of the service is € 10 for Italian territory, excluding Sardinia and smaller islands where the costs are € 17)

At the exchange, taking advantage of the same shipping costs, it is possible to add other products.


RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL

- The right of withdrawal takes place according to the procedures set out by Legislative Decree 21/2014 - in implementation of Directive 2011/83 / EU on consumer rights - which integrates the regulations provided for by the Consumer Code.

I HAVE RECEIVED A PRODUCT DIFFERENT THAN THE ONE ORDERED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

A new waybill will be generated which will be sent to you by email and which you will have to print and apply on the package. As soon as the goods are returned to the warehouse, their conditions will be checked and subsequently, within approximately 14 days, the refund will be processed. The goods that will be returned in conditions not suitable for return will not be refunded. The refund will be automatically credited to your current account and you will receive confirmation of it at the address left in the order.

As soon as the goods return to our warehouse, for any reason, the conditions will be checked and then, within about 14 days, the refund will be processed.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE AMOUNT THAT HAS BEEN REFUNDED IS NOT EXACT?

Contact our Customer Service, who will check the amount that has been refunded to you and will credit you the missing difference.
