The delivery of the purchased items will be made on the Italian territory by the GLS express courier and is FREE FOR AMOUNTS OVER € 99.
The whole Italian territory is served in 24/48 hours with the exception of places that are difficult to reach such as Venice, mountain resorts, Sardinia, Sicily, smaller islands for which delivery times are 48/72 hours.

Orders received from Monday to Friday excluding holidays are processed within the following 72 working hours excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

ORDERS RECEIVED DURING THE BLACK WEEKEND AND CYBER MONDAY PERIOD will be processed within 5 working days, as soon as the order leaves our office it will be communicated via email with track code attached



The delivery of the purchased items takes place in the following ways:

Working days: Monday to Friday excluding national holidays.

Processing times:
orders received from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, are processed within 48/72 h if one of the products is not available in the warehouses, the customer who placed the order will be notified by email and / or telephone for the times delivery.

Orders received on Saturday and / or Sunday are processed on the following Tuesday / Wednesday.



Delivery times: delivery times on the national territory, barring unforeseen events or force majeure events, will be 24/48 hours and 72 hours for places that are difficult to reach such as Venice, mountain resorts, Sardinia, Sicily, smaller islands.




IMPORTANT

Upon receipt of the product, the customer must check that the package is perfectly closed. Customers are advised not to collect the package if it is not intact or if the adhesive tape is tampered with. In this case, the customer is invited to report it immediately to the courier; otherwise the package will be considered regularly delivered and the site owner will not be held responsible for any damage and / or missing products.

In the absence of the recipient at the address indicated for delivery, the courier will attempt a new delivery the next day (it is not possible to indicate a specific day and / or time for delivery). In case of impossibility to carry out the delivery even the next day due to the absence of the recipient, the courier will try to contact the customer to schedule a new delivery. In the event that the customer service fails to contact the customer for the next five days or in the event of further impossibility of delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the products will be returned to the owner of the site. In case of change of delivery address after shipment, the surcharge applied by the express courier will be charged to the recipient.
